It is a religious experience – Jerusalem is a sacred city for Jews, Christians and Muslims, considering that the most important religious sites of all three religions are situated this holy city: Temple Mount, the Western Wall, the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, the Dome of the Rock and alAqsa Mosque.

2. The lowest place on Earth – the Dead Sea that beckons with the saltiest body of water is at 423 m below the sea level, which is the lowest point on Earth. This sea is also unique by the fact that you can’t actually swim in it!

3. There is no off-season – the Mediterranean climate makes Israel ideal for travel all year long. Rainy days are rare, and although this creates challenges for water preservation for the locals, tourists’ worries end at sunblock and shades, no matter if it’s January or July.

4. Amazing archeological sites – Masada, Caesarea, Akko are just some of the many archeological sites waiting to be explored in this country full of cultural past reaching back to biblical times!
